Bryar qualified from Barts and The London Dental School with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS). He worked as a general dentist for a number of years in South Kensington, London, before starting a 3-year specialist training in Periodontology. During his specialist training, he was awarded with a Master’s degree in Clinical Dentistry (Periodontology) as well as a postgraduate diploma in Advanced Periodontology from Barts & The London Dental School. Bryar also holds a bachelor’s degree in Molecular Genetics from King’s College London.
Upon completion of his specialty training, Bryar successfully passed the Royal College of Surgeons Membership in Periodontics exams in Edinburgh and was awarded with the Completion of Specialist Training Certificate by the General Dental Council and was subsequently enrolled as a Specialist Periodontist.
Bryar works mainly in private and specialist practices in London. His main interest lies in management of all aspects of periodontal disease as well as soft tissue aesthetics. Bryar has published in peer-reviewed journals and lectures nationally and internationally.
